Disappointed
We needed a light bulb replaced in frig. He asked us if we had a bulb to put in. Lucky for me I did. He also said my frig was a LG and most likely will not have the contract renewed. He really isn't a people person. He did do the job.

Washer and dryer
Time frame to long was from 8-5 that's should have people's waiting all day long

DRYER
Wayne, was courteous and professional. The issue of dryer lint filler is now worse than when he came on 29 August. Filter now rest higher than it did before and that's not normal. Understand this has been passed off to his supervisor and has not be completed to my satisfaction.

Service comments
Nathaniel was polite but didn't seem to know what he was doing. I had to suggest he clean the coils and check them if the refrigerator. He said he used an app on his phone to check the temperature of the refrigerator but not the freezer. He also didn't use a vacuum to clean he only used a brush. I never got a notification with his name only the message he was on his way. I feel he needs to put something over his hair when leaning in people's refrigerator.

Hinge Was Needed?
The provider told me that was needed to fix my cooling problem with the bottom of my fridge. But it wasn't true, Robert came replaced the hinge and left. Didn't wait to see if that would help the problem. Now I'm on the phone with my insurance company to see if someone else could come out and diagnose my issue. Not being to use the full capacity of your fridge for two weeks almost three. Is the worst.

Waited over a month and it's still hot
We paid a lot for no help. Our house is still hot. Gregory was nice but I do not feel satisfied with the overall experience and time waited.

Still have the same problem
All he did was install the part that was ordered and didn't run the washer to see if it worked. We used the washer and it still does the same thing as before Code 4C .

Service Call from Jovone S
Jovone was extremely rude and condescending to my wife and refused to have someone else take over our claim. Plus he filed a fraudulent report to my warranty company saying my unit was missing a part or something to that effect which is not true. My unit worked fine for years until now so something broke. All Jovone did for us on his first visit was to spray something on the coils and charge us an additional $100. That worked for a few days only. Jovone should be investigated for false claims and fired. I will also report the same to FAHW.

Stove still not fixed!
Clifton came & replaced the left front burner that was not working. However, when he lifted the glass top up...he bent & cracked the stove top. Now, I have a large crack running down the other side of my stove. This needs to be replaced now!
