Good technician, poor office communication
I called to set up service that was covered by warranty. I was told I'd get a call with a date in 1-2 business days. I called the third day. They had scheduled my service call for the following day but never notified me. I never received a window to expect the technician's arrival. I called and they repeatedly told me "sometime between 8am and 5pm." I never got anything more specific than that from the office, despite several calls. Even the email with a link was little help as it was fluctuating all morning. The technician called to say when he was on the way and arrived soon thereafter. He had the needed parts with him and my washing machine was fixed same-day. He did run into a snag but was able to call and get some help with it and was able to complete the repairs. I have not yet run a load of clothing as my dryer malfunctioned soon after the washer, so there is a deliver scheduled for a new one.

Service was professional, but did not fix problem
A part was ordered for my refrigerator and installed, and all of that was done professionally. However, the original problem was a noise that was coming from the fridge that is still happening, so not fixed!

Greg was courteous and knowledgeable, he stated that he did a thorough check of heating system and his assessment was it works as design and that the problem was a clogged flue pipe and he stated that he does not work on that, only the system and recommended I call someone who does , so I did not feel I received resolution.

Kenmore refrigerator
I paid much more than other companies for the diagnostic service because I wanted a Kenmore expert. He determined the problem was the seal on the freezer door. Then said later it might be a clogged drain in the back. I should pull out the refrigerator and check it. Problem is that I am a 78 year old lady and can't pull the refrigerator out. For the price I paid I feel he should have checked the back of the machine

Disappointed with the initial encounter with technician visit last 9/29. Arrived late @4:58pm and was not professional in In communication. Came this week did not communicate the compleuon of the work or provide an update just left

Erica was great but...
This company really sucks. I had a dryer issue, so I contacted my home warranty company. The booked this company to perform my service. After slamming me with reminders about the appointment, they cancelled on the day of the appointment. This would not be a problem except someone is required to be present during the time of service. The appointment hours are anytime between 8AM and 5PM (Yes, working hours). So, after cancelling because the tech got sick, they cancelled and rescheduled again because their truck broke down. At this point I am desperate to get my dryer repaired, so I will take any appointment provided. In the end, it cost me 3 days of leave or vacation time because... duh... people work between the hours of 8AM and 5PM. If you have a choice, pick someone else. I was not happy and will inform my warranty company of this issue. I rated Erica 3 stars because she was pleasant and got my dryer fixed, but THIS COMPANY SUCKS ROTTEN EGGS!

Dryer repair
My dryer is showing a code. He tried to sell me a maintenance plan. He didn't fix the problem stated it was a maintenance problem. So I wasted my money with this service call.

Technician was
The technician arrived at my property and stated that he needed to purchase parts for the repair. He said he would be back w/in the hour but arrived several hours later. Once he was finished, there was water around his work area which I cleaned up after he left. Will run the machine and I hope no error message.
