Repair service 2/16/24 Refrig-Microwave-Washer/Dryer
Why didn't Sear send out a repair man for my refrigerator like I was told would be sent. I stayed home for this complete service. Walter got me scheduled for 2/20 for my refrigerator… Again why didn't I get a repairman on 2/16 for my refrigerator. Now I have to be home on 2/20. What happens when that repairman shows up and doesn't work on refrigerators? I had 4 work orders setup by Erin who read back to me all the repair issues I neede, yet the work orders only said from what I am told of PM, preventative Maintenance. I am lost on your service. Refrigerator- # 42349389 Washer- 42349390 Dryer- 42349391 Microwave- 42349392 Please note: Walter, was friendly, worked diligently on my Microwave, Washer and Dryer. They seem to now be good. However, he did not work on my refrigerator. He said that was another technician who would need to da that, as that was not a kitchen item he handles. So sad on your service and not caring about the customer. I am pretty sure no one's going to read this complaint. Linda M

Great, but 1 problem
Walter's visit was great with 1 exception, the mat he used while examing my oven left an oily residue on the floor. When I tried to swiffer it away, it left a dark film on the floor. I had to scrub the floor on hands and knees to get it off.

Professional but will need to be recalled
The tech was professional however the tech arrived 1 hour out of the original time slot. The tech quickly restored power by fixing a rusted wire connection. This a was temporary fix to the unit not having power the next day the unit was completely down again and the service had to be recalled. The next available appointment is not until after christmas the 26th and the original appointment was the 18th of December. Orginal service ticket was submitted on Dec 4th. This has been a bit of an inconvience and some pretty cold weather this December. I dont believe the Tech can control the timeline or the schedule, however the company real should look at hiring additional Tech so that customers can be serviced within 48 to 72 hours. In addition they do not have a live person you can speak to, to bring your concerns up, only voice prompts and website is limited as well.

Repair broken microwave
Amazed that the repair parts were not in stock and took three weeks to obtain. Don't appreciate that the technician made the appointment time for the repairs and just failed to show up for the appointment. No calls to advise of problems, just make an appointment and leave the customer hanging. I have been a customer and had the Sears Home Guarantee for over 11 years in one place or another and have been sadly disappointed during this microwave repair chapter.

Left all the old Parts inside inside the house
Left all the old Parts in the Kitchen and said we needed to take them out that after we waited a month for them to come fix it the parts were here in the days and I'm 70 years old
