Refrigerator Repair
Jonathan was excellent!! Very professional, courteous and thorough. However, I was not pleased at all with Sears customer service and placed a formal complaint with our Home Warranty Company. Cancelled appointments after waiting all day, rescheduled another date without contacting me about my availability, sent an email to recall parts that you sent before job was completed, difficult to obtain a person at the on the phone, etc. etc. etc. Your customer service and communication is beyond horrible. We used to have a Sears contract years ago and I could no longer recommend you to anyone after this experience. Took almost 3 months to complete this simple job. Thank god the refrigerator was not totally inoperable and for the one bright spot, Johnathan.
