Quick Resolution to My Issue
I completed a phone consultation with Aaron who quickly identified the problem and ordered parts. Once the parts were received, the repair was completed quickly. Aaron was great throughout the experience.

kenmore toploading washer
Derrick did an outstanding job of servicing my washerand his knowledge and work were excellent. However I am siting here typing this message and my washer is once again making the same rubbing sound that was originally my complaint. so not sure what else could be done but it is disturbing to me. I saw Derrick do a great job, but the noise is still here, what would you suggest? Any Ideas
