He broke down my options and gave thoughtful recommendations for how to fix my problem. Thank you Mark! We will definitely use this service again in the future. I also appreciate being able to set up an appointment online rather than having to call in.

Day before Thanksgiving & he was super
Repair of a vent hood lightbulb casing etc was not functional. He Was very efficient and polite & very professional! It is employees like him that make me keep using Sears!!!

Very Good Tech, deserves more
He was on time and very professional. And he really knows his job. He deserves an award and a raise because he was working on his day off on the weekend. He also had a good attitude about his job and performing every aspect of the job from beginning to end of the job. He's very serious about his work, a very dedicated hard worker, he's setting good goals and examples to his coworkers in being a dedicated hard worker. Hopefully others can take something away from a hard worker with Sears home service. Again, please put him in for a on the spot award and a nice increase/raise. It's hard to find good dedicated workers. Every other tech kept me waiting for three months, that's not setting a good example for Sears home services. My appointment was November 11, 2023 and he was at my home on time as promised in Virginia Beach Virginia. I didn't have to sit and wait all day from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and continue to be on hold. This is a nice man so give credit where credit is due. I'm wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving an a Merry Christmas and a healthy Happy New Year 2024 and I hope that Sears techs can make everyone happy by showing up for the schedule appointments and not have the customers waiting an waiting for a tech to show up for their job………………………………………………….,,,,..Thank You all for reading this long review as requested.
