Overall experience was terrible
First off the repair person was great. When sears actually did have me on the schedule he was timely and very nice to deal with. The one star is for Sears canceling same day twice and a no show (they messed up scheduling) once. When they responded to my other one star review I was told to call their 800#. That is all automated. Call the 800# to reschedule...listen to options to choose from that doesn't connect you to a person? If I ever have to use my home warranty again I will make sure I'm given other options than Sears.

Unsatisfied
Service provider arrived and came off as a bit confrontational and put out. Parked in a neighbors driveway and when asked to move into our driveway and provided space he begrudgingly moved and then parked blocking the driveway and partially in the road. Once inside he was less than interested to investigate the issue with dishwasher. Checked unit for a very brief time and because he didnt immediately hear the issue basically decided it was an undiagnosed issue at this time and there was nothing he could do. He gathered up parts that were shipped to our house for repairs and then left within maybe 5 minutes of his arrival. We are completely disappointed with the attention (lack there of) and service provided. We were already hesitant that the service provider to check the unit was changed and this just solidified what we feared.

Refrigerator
Not good. He charged us to do something we probably didn't need then didn't fix our refrigerator. He actually made it worse. It's not working at all now.

Unsuccessful Oven Repair
He did nothing! Last time he was here to make the same repairs to my oven, it's worse after he finished, with additional problems. This time, he showed up, took some pictures/video with his phone & left…no repairs!

Problem was not addressed
Second visit by tech. Problem was still not addressed. Parts were sent ahead if time, tech said they were not needed and took them with him. Very disappointed with the warranty service!

Not able to fix
Was here 15 minutes, unable to diagnose the issue. Still have a dishwasher that won't complete the cycle

Run, don't walk away from this service
My stove stopped working the middle of November. The tech came out the next day and had to order parts. Two weeks later, they come back out with wrong parts. Had to reorder again. Third time out and you guessed it, wrong parts again. Fourth time out finally got the right parts. A month and a half without a stove or oven. Thanksgiving and Christmas ruined. I was told it's hard to get parts for an "old" stove. The stove is 4 years old. Never again will I use them.
