Not good
They young man cracked the top that's in the base of my machine and didn't say anything nor did he say he was leaving when he was done my husband got up and looked for him and he was gone.

Never showed!?
Why? Do you not hold your people accountable? My dryer is still down! Adam didn't show but it looks like he told you he did!? Well I have talked to FAHW.. we will be going to another contractor to fix my dryer. You all suck!

I wasted a day waiting for tech
the first email I received was for 2 pm. I went to a hair cut appt. at 1230 and returned before 1:30pm

Not a happy camper
1st of all I received 2 different messages on the dates of the service. The first one I waited and no one came. The second day he came and said that the wire was broken he shook the wires and it started working momentarily. He said it would be a hard fix because the wires are so short. He said that the door on the freezer side might have to be replaced if he could not get the wire fixed. We asked for him to call and see if they would replace the door. He said he called and they told him that they would not replace the door.. No repair was done. While the repair man was here he told us it was a manufacturing defect that the wires were too short and every time we opened the door it pulled the wires. That is why we asked for the door to be replaced. We thought that he was going to splice the wire and that may cause a problem such as a shock or a fire. I'm not happy. While the service man was here he received another call from another person who was working and they seemed to be having the same problem. Sounds like the company needs to fix the wires at the manufacturing facility. I went to the store where I purchased the appliances and they told me that they didn't have any thing to do with the warranty. I would like for a manager from the warranty department to call so this matter can be taken care of. We asked for the phone number that he called and he said he could not disclose that information. So how do we know if he even called? The repair should be made with original parts. Waiting to hear from your warranty department. We did not refuse for the repairs to be done we want the repairs to be made with original parts.

Liar
A worker who upon realizing it was the compressor in my refridgerator, who lives hours away, im his last stop after 4pm, tell me only if compressor is taken apart noway of knowing why. I have video survallince around house and records voice plus a withness he states that. Now problem is Choice was told it was a pre exsisting condition. So that man never ever step foot on my property after being all gloomy like but once he got my claimed denied was in a cheery mood. What a disgrace and if you like footage and speck to witness Id be happy to oblige you. No a single star. Im out now all weekend until I get a real worker.

Technician was not ready to accept the reason
Hi, I had very clearly mentioned in the Choice home warranty claim that the oven range caught fire and that is the reason for inspection request in order to claim for the oven warranty . It was hauled outside and forced open by the fire department so there is no chance that it is useable or will work when it will work when powered . Rather than giving an option to provide a cash out option , the technician denied checking it as it is not powered on .
