Corin was excellent. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Our issue was with the scheduling process/system. Our claim has been open for 5 weeks. Corin had our latest part for 3 weeks but the system failed to schedule him when the part was ready. Now we have another issue that Corin can't address, but I'm not confident that your system will schedule us as expeditiously as it should.

Jeremy is the best. He was polite, friendly and most of all honest. He showed me exactly what the problem was - lots of dog hair! And found that the water hoses to the washing machine were just switched. He saved me a lot of money by just suggesting some simple maintenance techniques.

The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. I think Sears would do us all a favor by eliminating all the individual emails and text messages being sent. Thirty or more have come to my in box preceding the visit and more following. Please consider reducing the number of emails needed to sent for one service call.
