Tyrese was friendly and courteous. He replaced the control panel and stayed for an entire cycle to make sure that the washer worked before he left.

No good protection plans you are better off without them.
Herbert the service tech was awesome. I cannot say that about sears itself. It took me almost 2 months to get my washer repaired. That is very unacceptable. Not to mention four days of work that I missed and pay. Protection plans on your appliances are not what they are cracked up to be. They suck! I am currently canceling mine.
