Job Well Done
It was a pleasure to have Marvin service my appliances. He took the time to answer all my questions as he inspected everything. He even took the time to clean the dust off the refrigerator grill and tried to help me with removing the light bulb cover in the oven...that wasn't successful, though.

Finally.! Someone came to fixed our Fridge!
Cheikh was our refrigerator savior. He was very dedicated and determined to help us and took his time, working diligently to repair our compressor. This was after 7 weeks and 5 canceled appointments by Sears, a kind-hearted and tech-savvy technician showed up to repair our fridge. We sat for over 3 weeks with the parts in our dining room but no one would come to install them and the India call center was useless in communicating our needs to this side of the ocean. Thankful for the warranty just not thankful it was with Sears.

Bryan realized we had two earlier visits to repair-replace valve on washer. He needed to order a part, which would delay repair into fourth week.
