Good Service Tech; Terrible scheduling
The service technician was helpful, polite, informative. 5 stars! On the down side, the scheduling was no stars. I waited near my front door for 7. Hours!! There must be a better way to schedule these appts. I had to wait 2 weeks with no laundry facilities; then another 7 hours without leaving my front door area. Obviously you need to hire and train twice the techs you currently have.

Washer and Dryer Service
Technician was fantastic and resolved my issues with client service. Client service and setting the appointments was awful. The system would not allow me to talk to a person and resolve issues. I scheduled appointments in April 24 and no tech showed up. I could not find anyone to reschedule and fix. Out of the blue, Sears called and scheduled an appointment that happened to work so I kept it and was able to fix the client service issues in person via the technician. He was great. My feedback here is the customer service system is very lacking and difficult to use and I would rate it 1 out of 10 at best. I am glad to talk to anyone about my personal situation and what happened if you wish to contact me.
