Technician
Courteous, consummate professional, polite and friendly. No complains about his service, however, very little communication whatsoever. Have not explained what service did he provide or what parts he replaced and did not show the old replaced parts to the home lady. I have received a detailed service bill and it states that he replaced parts. Thank you, Ata

Tired/frustrated
The tech was fine. I'm just frustrated that my washer keeps leaking and no one can find the leak. Then was to explain to me how to wash clothes. My loads are medium to small

Abdul A
Nice young man however he seemed to be inexperienced. He thought he was finished after installing the new door. My husband had to point out to Abdul that the door handle also had to be installed. The door handle is upside down. Screws have to be ordered because he stripped the screw in the door.

Reilly Home - HVAC service
He was consistent in coming, except for a complete no show back in November. He complained from the first day he arrived that any repairs are temporary for such an old system. He complained that he could not give us anything in writing that shows it's "not repairable." He kept saying it was the fault of the insurance that they won't take the next step and just keep sending a repairman to keep from replacing the unit. He claimed that no one is lying just hiding the truth. This time I insusted that he write a comment in the "repair" paperwork that truly explains what he's been stating…that there's no way to repair it. He claimed that his words should be enough, especially the bit about reassigning the job to another technician - like its code that it means "not repairable." I don't know why it's not best practices to just do honest business without much running around.

Freezer repair
The repairman came and did the work. He said it would take 3-4 hours for the freezer and ice maker to get down to the proper temperatures. They still are not making ice but hopefully they are fixed and will begin working soon. However, the service person's customer skills are lacking. When I was asking questions about the repair, he acted as if it was a bother to have to talk to me. He came across as unfriendly and rude. If the repair is done I suppose that is what matters at the bottom line but it would be nice to deal with friendly and polite people as well.

Eh
Technicians never have parts on their trucks. There is always a wait and another visit. Technician charged an additional fee to fix a burner on the stove. That same day it stopped lighting.

Worthless!!!
This is the 3rd technician that A&E Factory Svc has sent to my house and for the 3rd time my washer is still broke🤬. I paid for a 3 year warranty and it's been almost a month and my washer is still broke!!!!

Terrible
Terrible service. I was not satisfied with the diagnosis of my machine. The tech spent 5 minutes in my house. He didn't even start the machine to figure out the issue. I been trying to get a hold of a manager and I can't seem to get anyone to call me back. I am in shocked he didn't have to take anything apart to figure out the issue. They must have x ray vision that allows them to look at an items without opening up any compartment within the item.
