My technician name was Abdul Salam not Jawid. Abdul is absolutely an excellent technician. He was extremely helpful and professional. He is an asset to Sears Service program. He truly went out of his way to solve my problem after 4 times that other technician stood me up and made me to take off from work and waiting for them the whole day and they didn't show up but Abdul Salam did come today and fixed the problem and got my machine up and running. God bless his heart for being such a great technician.

I was delighted to make an appointment online, very easy and convenient. The technicians did what they were supposed to do. However, the good part ends there. Sears did not abide with the window of time I was quoted. The arrival time for the technician kept updating being more and more delayed, until it was outside the window I was given. Why even assign one if you don't uphold it? Then, when my service kept being delayed, I wanted to talk with a live person, but I could find only one number which was totally automated. VERY Frustrating. Finally, the technicians offered no explanation or apology after arriving close to an hour after the time quoted. I'm sorry to say that I will not use this company again.

He did his job but there is still the same problem, if you turn on the 4 burners they turn on well, but if you only want one it doesn't turn on, and then the one that turns on doesn't want to turn off,,

Sayed was excellent during his visit on 08 January (unlike his colleague who was lazy and unwilling to do any proper evaluation on 02 January). As far as his professionalism on-site and knowledge I would offer Sayed a five-star rating. I had to reduce it though because I have been completely ignored ever since the appointment. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service provider, they remain completely non-responsive.

I had Mohammed f as my tech and there was another tech that came by Bother we nice and friendly However the problem has not been solved all the parts were replaced and still have the loud squeaking Said it needs drum and the gear box but nothing was ordered said to wait a month we to come back out not happy

Rachid was great! The rest of the customer service and the program were horrible and I will not recommend or use it again. We were somewhat surprised when our refrigerator was not fixed on the original service date. We had indicated the compressor had gone bad, yet on September 6th when the technician came out he brought no parts. He did an evaluation and then ordered parts and set our appointment for ten days later. That is somewhat understandable although disappointing. Then things got even grotesquely worse! On Saturday, September 16th (our original repair date) we were told to sit home from 8 to 5 and await our repair service. We arranged our schedule on that day so that could be accomplished. Halfway through that day, we got an email out of the blue that said our appointment was now moved to September 25th, another nine days later. That was totally, 100% unacceptable!!! Nobody had the human decency to call us and nobody came to the house. I was shifted to and talked to a dozen different people at Sears Home Services and NOBODY could give me a reason, let alone a valid reason, we had to wait for another week+ to have a working refrigerator. I am still awaiting that answer! When my warranty program is one year old and I can cancel it, I will. I will not use this service again and I will not recommend it to my worst enemy.
