After 30 days and 5 different technicians my Kenmore Washer is finally working thanks to Madjid and his helper. I was totally disappointed and frustrated by the Sears Masters Protection Agreement I had on this washer I was also appalled by the fact one of the technicians who came to my house inappropriately touched and kissed my wife on her head I also made a complaint about this incident to the Sears MPA staff person and was advised that this issue would be escalated and someone would be contacting me. That was 2 weeks ago and no one has contacted me I will never buy anything from Sears again and hope you know how upset I am.
