Bad news, good technician
Well, he basically had to tell me that I needed a new (GE Profile) refrigerator, but gave me some suggestions on how to make a claim to GE because its freezer just stopped working. He was professional and thorough.

Review of Service provided by Sears Home Service
I will start by saying that Jaekwon R. was amazing. He arrived near the time he was supposed to and quickly got to work fixing my appliance. His efforts were successful, and my ice maker is now working again. I would not give a high rating to the Sears Home Service communication system. Calls are forwarded to a call center outside the country and the service agents don't have access to important information. My first appointment was a "no show" and the second appointment was rescheduled. This was not a problem if I had known in advance, but when an appointment requires you to be home from 8-5, it becomes an issue when you don't get the reschedule information until that time.
