don't know where to start
First, my appointment was always scheduled for 12-4 pm, I can show you almost a dozen e-mails and texts. I got a call at 10:30 from the tech saying that he was on his way over?!? Told him I had a private phone app't. at 11 and he said he would be done by then?!?!? He came over did a quick analysis and explained the problem briefly. He said that he did not have the needed parts and did not provide an estimate for the repair, all I got was 2 receipts for the diagnostic fee I paid. He did manage to leave right at 11 but I felt terribly shortchanged by the entire episode. Feel like the dispatcher deserves equal fault.

Poor Customer Service by
The service person who came to our home was very nice and did a great job. Our issue is with the servicing company. After the initial visit to our home the technician determined what parts were needed and thise parts were ordered. Then the follow up appointment was scheduled. Not too long after that I received a phone call from the servicing company to confirm the upcoming appointment for the repair. They also stated the parts were delivered to our home. But, we did not receive a delivery of parts which created confusion on our part. It took us a little while but we figured out the parts were delivered to the servicing company, and not us, even though they were saying the parts were delivered to us. On the day of the appointment I received a text around 8:30 in the morning that the technician was on the way to my home. So, I left work and went home to wait for the technician. Unfortunately no one showed that day. Around 5:00 that afternoon I received a text saying the appointment was rescheduled to another day. My requests for an earlier day was ignored. Lastly, the time range for the technician arriving for service is unreasonable. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is just not respectful of the customer's time. They should be able to give a shorter time range. Please understand the technician did a great job. Our issue is with how the servicing company handled this.

Never want him to service anything again
He didn't know how things work (couldn't put the sliding shelf back), broke the control assembly box clamps, and ruined some of the screws. Very regret to let him touch my $2700 wine refrigerator. He didn't want me to be around (so I couldn't see what was going on)... Bad experience.

A NO SHOW—THERE IS NO EXPERIENCE.
Mohammad H did not—DID NOT—come to my house. The record must be set straight! An investigation must be conducted by Sears. My claim was closed based on false information. Sears must collect the true facts.

The technician was very rude
The technician was not even ready to eneter the gated community and very rude when I said please use guest entrance to come inside the neighborhood. He said he will go back. He also said pick him up from when he was and when I asked for the street he was he said, "well I am here and come here". We have multiple entrances and I had to go to all the entrance to check where he was. He didn't even inform how will it take to fix the appliance and left without informing anything.

Cooktop repair
Terrible!!! On September 27th-Sears tech came to troubleshoot and repair the defective cooktop but concluded it was electrical problem. I had to request and wait for AHS to dispatch an Electrical company (MAE DAE ELECTRIC, LLC to come check it for October 11th, 2023 but their diagnosis revealed no problem with electrical. AHS recalled Sears again to check it. This time they said they don't service Ikea brand (brand name wasn't visible but could've been re-verified on first visit)-I am now told, an appliance contractor, AMERICAN EXPRESS APPLIANCE SERVICE who said will come to check it out on October 27, 2023 leaving us without cook top for over a month Instead of replacing the defective item. Very disappointed with the Sear too technicians w/ vague recommendation. This comment will be posted on social media

Poor Service
The technician scratched the front screen on our range. I asked him if he used anything to protect the front screen when he removed it to repair the issue. He said no. He set it on top of the burners. He then said "don't worry about it, we will replace it." Then, he tried to change his story and said that he did use a paper towel to protect it. Again, he said, "don't worry about it, we will replace it." Very poor attitude and service. I do not want this technician servicing our appliances in the future. Also, I would like our front screen to be replaced.
