Not a good day with Hanif today
He barely allowed us to explain, he didn't do anything empathetic to understand the situation, he unilaterally charged us without letting us know.

Poor communication, damaged appliance,
1. Booking window was 8am to 5pm. Abdul arrived around 5:45pm. 2. Abdul scraped the paint off the front of my appliance in several places. When I questioned him about what happened, he just replied that he "couldn't get it open." 3. Every time I checked on him, he was sitting on the floor on his phone (3-4 different instances). 4. He left smears of grease on my rug, hardwood floor, and laundry room tile floor and made no effort to clean it up. The service was completed, but this was a very negative experience. I will not be using Sears Home Services again as a result.
