Experienced and efficient
Out technician arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. It took him no time at all to diagnose the issue, triple check to make sure, and had the faulty part in his van. He installed and tested the part/system multiple times to ensure wouldn't have issues once he left. We are so happy with the service! Thank you!

Refrigerator repair — top marks!
This past Friday I had a most satisfying repair job carried out by a Sears technician by the name of Madjid. The job involved replacing an evaporator fan on a GE refrigerator. Half-jokingly, I asked Madjid if he minded if I looked over his shoulder as he did the repair, adding that I might just learn something. He said he had no objection. Throughout the repair process I couldn't help but see what an experienced technician Madjid is. His work reflected a keen grasp of the nature of the task at hand. A half-hour later the refrigerator was purring like a kitten. Madjid did a first-class job and is a credit to Sears. What a pity, then, that I can give no more than five stars; Madjid deserves more than that. Very highly recommended!
