Unresolved Dryer Issues
I had hoped that the technician could have fixed the intermittent dryer issue. The technician says that he has to hear the problem to be able to diagnose it.

Tech for washer from sears?
Did minimal couldn't replicate my issue hi Alec soo not much to do but he did tell me to stop using cold water !! That's insane answer. It will happen again but I'm glad he verified that wiring was ok because it does smell like burning. I think the washer part inside tub gets stuck and then makes motor smell like burning but he didn't do anything with tub.

Not what I expected
He was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem but was not able to fix so disappointed.

Rude behavior
The guy is a bit rude and disrespectful, in fact interfere in a family conversation. It may be a good idea to correct this kind of unacceptable behavior while you give a service to a customer. This meant to be a positive feed to correct it not happening in the future.

Just ok
Technician gave advice for possible fixes for my dryer. He said he couldn't fix it because the error code did not pop up as it did before. He gave an estimate that was very high( I could just buy a new dryer for that cost) He also had mud on his shoes and did not put on shoe covers. There is now mud on my laundry room wall and floor. Basically I paid for a high estimate and advice. Didn't seem worth it in the end.

Sears; A Company That Doesn't Care
This review is for SEARS and not for its poor and confused technicians. Do not even think about it, go find another company. This company is cheater and fraudster, they will take your money on time but the service might take a year or more for a little work, while they trying to help you during these months, they continuously taking your monthly payments. I had a little issue with my Stove and I almost payed total price of that to SEARS and still my problem exist. I wish I never done it.⛔️

Problem not resolved
We contacted GE because the vent in our refrigerator built up ice and making exseive noise. The technician messaged the temperature which matched the set temperature. He did not pulled the item back from the wall to check the coils and compressor. Long story short: the air vent started to built up ice again within one hour afterthe technician left.

Oven/stove not fixed
I'm dissatisfied with the service I received. Having to pay for something and not have the proper service shouldn't be acceptable. My oven/stove still has not been fixed properly. I have scotch tape that the technician put on corners to hold a part up on my oven. Overall this experience today was horrible with the fact that my oven has yet to be fixed and I have to pay for a service like this. I hope I can get further assistance.

Technician was not professional
I was dissatisfied with the technician's behavior because the technician was unwilling to provide the necessary details about the air conditioning issue he was investigating.

Worst Behavior
I don't know how he got that job, surprised with his poor skills, Zero - listening skills Zero - technical skills Zero - effort Walked into home left in less than a min. Without diagnosing anything.
