Dish Washer that never gets fixed
Mohamed did his job as well as he can but the dish washer still does not heat dry. Since there is no test mode the fact that repairs did not fix the problem is known only later. It has been 2 months. 4 tech visits, 3 cancelled appointments and many phone calls. No tesults. Sears is frustrating

He stayed for about 15 minutes. Checked refregator. His analysis was that compressor was bad and he will order the part. He gave repair date as July 31 2024

Great, but too many times rescheduled
Issue is fixed, but it was frustrating that my appointment had to be rescheduled multiple times (almost waited rgeee weeks to fix issue.

Replace heater element
The service provided by the Sears Technician was good. However, I am quite displeased on the amount of labor I was charged for the 20 minutes of actual work to replace the old heating element. The technician took more time to check for leaks while the DW was running than he took to swap out the part.

Hanif's job performance showed me very courteous and explained what he found the problem. At first, the fridge's cooling did not work, the tech replaced the compressor and other parts. The cooling worked for only one day. I called Sears to send another tech to fix it again. He found the Freon was clogged. he replaced parts and the cooling works. Thank Hanif for the solution.

The whole experience today was frustrating and confusing. I was given a window from 8 am to 5 pm. Then I got a message first thing his morning that the tech would be arriving at 10:21. When it was almost time for the tech, I checked the site again and now it said 12:35 pm and then it gave me at least two more arrival times as the day went on. Emotionally, I was up and down and finally angry. I also didn't like signing the release if there were possible damages to my exotic had wood flooring. It is not scratched, but it now has depression lines from where the frig was moved. I don't believe the wheels were down far enough. Anyway, it was NOT a good experience and I will not be renewing my service contract.
