The technition did a great job in repairing our Ice Maker he was very thorough in answering my questions and explaining what needed to be repaired. I'm just concerned when someone I don't know asks to use my bathroom. Surely there are fast food or gas stations he could have used before coming to my home

David was polite, friendly and efficient. All the relevant parts had arrived. He had diagnosed and replaced the drainage pump, cleaned up the mess and was out of here in less than an hour. We're back to doing the laundry😀. David gets five stars On the other side of this coin is the on-line scheduling system. What a nightmare that is. The fact that there is absolutely no way to talk to a human being is maddening. That system gets one star.

I received no call ahead. I could have told the technician what was wrong and he could have brought the part. As it was, we had to wait two weeks for a 15 minute install. Then it was postponed another two days. I am grateful to have it fixed; but, it took entirely too long to get it done.

In-home consultation of refrigerator problems

Terry was punctual after notification. He was very capable and had his equipment with him. Took his time to examine the situation, but I needed to keep asking him what he has found to be the problem. Hour and a half working on the back part of the refrigerator, and results parts are not available anymore. Suggested getting a new fridge. I've had the fridge for 12 years and not one problem with it, except for replacement of ice-maker, that I replaced myself. I asked for an invoice and explanation of what was really wrong with the refrigerator. He said it would be sent via email. I am not satisfied with communication of company and service tech. Will consult another company.

After 2 plus hours could not fix microwave. Did not have proper tools or experience for hard wiring. Company should have inquired about the wiring before accepting the job.

Sears Needs Help

Sherman did a fine job for us. However, three days before, no Sears serviceman/woman appeared, nor di ewe ever receive a call. All we got was an e0mail telling us that our service call had been rescheduled, all without contacting us to see if it was convenient or not. That is grossly satisfactory. My wife has told me we will not renew the Sears Protection Plan!

Automated booking is horrible. It took 2 weeks for first tech to show and within 5 minutes diagnose it. It then took another week to get the part and schedule another appointment. Fix was quick once parts available. Large 1" x 1" scratch left on side of washer.

This is the third time some one has come out to fix our stove. The stainless steel was scratched again, not installed properly and the oven won't produce the correct temperature. Very frustrating. Unable to call and get a live person to talk too. Are they want to do is scheduled another person.
