Great service
Terry was able to find the problem and fixed it My only problem with Sears service was that a week ago I was scheduled for an appointment between 8:00 am and 5:00pm, then he was so over scheduled that I had to be scheduled for the next week. Does Sears think people just sit around the house waiting for repairman between 8 and 5 , I guess so because that's how they schedule. Most repair person say they will be here in a 4 hour window, that can be more workable. Hopefully I won't need a repairman again because I will look for another than Sears.

Refrigerator repair
David showed up promptly when he was scheduled to do so. He performed the work and was finished in about 25 minutes which was a great relief as I had been listening to "jets take off" in my home for 3 weeks!! Only negative I have is that he did NOT tell me (nor give me a receipt) listing the work he did.

DW repair
He was cordial and respectful. He needed to be reminded that after installing the control panel, the DW needed to attach parts which were removed to discover what needed to be replaced. We were very disappointed in how long it took to completely diagnose the problem which caused the flooding problem which began last spring and happened twice, one of which caused damage to an accessory apartment. That repair took me three weeks to fix. David was the first technician who was able to determine all that needed fixing. But getting all the parts ordered took more than two months. Then scheduling appointments is most frustrating. A window of 8-5 assumes we have nothing else to do. The vast majority of companies have 4-5 hour windows. Also you used to have options which permitted talking to a live person which allowed options which just can't be built into a response tree. You have our contact numbers if you desire more information. We think that taking over six months is outside of normal expectations. Thank you.
