David was a great service provider well respected.
He's outstanding well trained how to deals with customers. Therefore, I really believe he's well qualified for the job . The only wrong doing is the charge is totally wrong in over charge!

My experience with the first technician who came out to diagnose the issue whose name was Mike was terrible. He did absolutely everything wrong. He miss-diagnosed the issue from the start and lied about the time he would be able to come out and do the repair claiming he did not have the part, although Sears already confirmed it was delivered. When my boyfriend tried calling to see what was going on, Mike hung up on him and would not answer any of his future calls. When Austin came out to actually do the repair today, he was able to locate the correct issue which turned out to be a cheaper fix than what Mike had advised. I am very satisfied with Austin's service and am grateful that my technician was changed. However, I believe Mike should have consequence for his terrible service.
