David with a&e/sears delivered fantastic customer service while demonstrating superior technical acumen. Invested ample time into troubleshooting my issue, applying a solution, and ensuring there would be no problems down the road. I know this company is busy this time a year, but the service David provided made it feel like I was their only customer. 10/10 will recommend David and this company to anyone.
