Fixed a problem that existed for over a year.
The ice and water dispenser on our refrigerator had not worked for over a year. Several failed attempts to fix it occurred. Joshua investigated the problem, determined what was needed to fix it, ordered the part and repaired it. He is very knowledgeable and knew how to locate the problem. He is very personable and is focused on the problem.
