The best technician!
The Technician was very punctual and professional and knowledgeable about our unit. He determined what was wrong with it within 15 minutes of getting there and gave us some insight into the machine. His advice helped us make a determination of which way we wanted to go forward. I would have no issues with having him work on any of my appliances in the future.
