Not a happy customer
We we're Not told we would be charged again to fix our ice maker. I told him several times I don't hear water for it he said we have to give it 24 hours to produce ice. If I knew that we would have bought a new fridge not keep spending on this one. Will not use Sears again for repairs or purchasing.

Repairman great…..company no.
He was great, pleasant, and got the job done. Thank you. Repair man did great but the company it's self…..not so wonderful. I was cancelled on 2 times before they showed up. And this was not the first time.
