If I rated the ability of getting in touch with u it would be a 0. I waited an entire day last week I had been sent an email saying I had a appointment no one showed up your robot is useless as well as website I called my warranty co got a finally spokewith a real person. Confirmed that I had part for repair and it was still showing it was delayed. Very very poor customer support. I pray I never ever have to use your company again
