Refrigerator repair
After 36 days without a refrigerator, 2 call backs, with not looking any deeper into the problem, sears tech says there is nothing he can do. We are out buying a refrigerator that probably doesn't need to be bought.

Refrigerator not working properly.
After initial diagnosis, Charles came and installed the part he ordered. He also installed another part for the door ice flapper that did not work and is worse now than before. After 24 hours, the refrigerator was not cooling. Contacted our warranty company and they issued a recall for next day Thursday. After waiting all day, at 6 I contacted Charles' company and found he had closed the work order without even coming by nor contacting us. I called our warranty company again and they've reissued a recall again got Monday. They also gave me Charlie's phone number. After numerous attempts he refuses to answer nor text me back. I would like to have another technician repair my refrigerator. I feel this is extremely unprofessional to treat a customer like this.

In a hurry
Joshua B shows up to my house and let me know right off the bat he did not want me in the utility room at all. He said," if I need something I will let you know". He was very rude and I was worried either he isn't doing anything to check the dryer or he is stealing some of my wine since he shut the door and I have 3 wine chillers in that room. He was there a short time and said everything was fine which we tried to explain to him it wasn't. I made another appointment with Sears for another technician to come out next Monday. Very uncomfortable experience!

Did NOT complete service, left with my parts.
Thrilled to have a chance to leave a review because A&E did not care when I called them about the situation this man caused. Tech was offended by me asking him to be careful about crawling on my floor with screwdrivers hanging from his belt. Had no idea how to move my 48" commercial range - I had to explain 3 times that the bottom panel comes off and that simply opening the doors and YANKING would not move this appliance. Asked me to sign a form without telling me what it was - a doc stating he was not liable for absolutely ANY damage he might do in my home. When I objected to how broad it was, he got mad and left with my specially ordered parts, which were weeks in coming. Refused to wait 15 minutes for my builder to get here to assist in moving the range without a problem. If GE is unable to get the parts back from this person, my entire range may have to be replaced because the parts are so scarce. If he came to my place again, I would block the gate.

Problems not solved!!
Display on my top oven does not work properly. The digital numbers are fading. Was not fixed. The bottom oven shows error code F11 every time the oven starts heating. This was not fixed. Oven can't be used!!!!

Horrible service
After 4 visits my microwave was never repaired, unable to reach a supervisor, no good number to reach anyone. My microwave was replaced back over the stove in pieces. I would not recommend Sears A&E to anyone.

No help at all
Let me be begin saying it's not the young man's fault. He's not ready to be out on calls by himself clearly. He doesn't have a clue what he's doing, not even being familiar with the parts of a stove. I've worked on appliances close to 40 years and yes I could make my own repairs but don't want to. I tend to 92 year old parents and frankly don't have time. This young man looked at my top burners and said they needed cleaning.....well, it's not that dirty and not that old. Yes was there a little grease under a middle burner....yes.....But instead of cleaning out and checking the flames...he did nothing. My oven for some reason needs adjusting. After a major cold snap is when the over and top burners began acting wonky. First he tells me you can't adjust the oven and looked shocked when I said I had to adjust it when it arrived. Then he kept trying to blame the gas company. There is no gas company it's propane. Again the deer in the headlights look when I explained none of the heaters, dryer, or hot water heater are having an issues - just the stove. He finally said there was nothing he could do and practically ran out the door. Again, I don't fault him - he was sent to do a job he had no clue how to address. So, I had to waste even more time calling the warranty company back to waste yet another day waiting on yet another repairman. Sorry - that's bad business all the way around.

3 weeks late
After almost 3 weeks of Sears canceling and rescheduling my service appointment, I took it upon myself to hire somebody else to fix my washing machine. I do not recommend. AWFUL. IN FACT THEY SJOULD PAY FOR MY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE
