I was disappointed that it took two appointments to diagnose. Which was inconvenient to wait all day to find out it will be tomorrow. The exact same thing when the technician was scheduled to replace the cook top. It was scheduled to take place last Friday and it was done today Let the technician know he left his socket tool kit at my house.

I wasn't pleased that he showed "refused service" lumped in with "refused warranty". I did refuse warranty, to him and everyone else who asked, but obviously I didn't refuse service. The problem with the ice maker was the the electrical connection at the bottom of the unit had come loose. He plugged it back in and the unit began working immediately. No parts required. Otherwise, I was pleased with results and professionalism I have always received with Sears Home Services.

He couldn't figure out how to pull the dishwasher out from under our counter and gave up very quickly and tried to reschedule our appointment to next week "so we could have time to figure out how to get it out" for him. I just had a major surgery (hysterectomy and tumor removal) but had to get on the floor to examine it and took 30 seconds to get it out. Super disappointed in the lack of problem solving skills by the technician. He did replace the parts and the dishwasher is working.

The Repairman made the Repair Quickly and Successfully. However, I was Not told of the Repair Charges while here. The Charges were excessive when email came with Charges, I was shocked. I will seek local Repair service in the Future.

Eli did fine but Choice would not do anything for us. No explanation either or a cost at all. Unfortunately I expected that because that's what these warranty companies seem to do. Last time I purchase these.

While one part was changed, she tried to leave while my machine was frozen and clearly not working. She came back in to view it and is assuming it is the pump not draining but it clearly drained. You could hear it drain and there was no water in the drum. The machine is still freezing in between cycles and is not working.

Didn't show up, tried to come unannounced 5 months later!!!

Our stove broke in March of 2024 They sent a refrigerator repair man Then they sent a stove repair man in May who DID NOT SHOW UP. No text, no call. My husband (a handyman) ended up having to fix it himself. We got a text in OCTOBER saying that our technician couldn't make it for our 5/10/24 appointment. Ummm... thanks for letting me know you never showed up five months ago. Then we get an email saying a technician is coming out today. Which they didn't. Literally the worst customer service in the universe. Would never ever recommend. Dishonest company. They do not stand by what they say they will do. I would leave ZERO stars if I could, but 1 star was the lowest it would let me. This company is a joke, and customers have to suffer.
