It Doesn't Work
Your service was quick and efficient but the ice maker doesn't make ice. Joshua was informative and helpful. Unfortunately the replacement parts were defective.

Too expensive
The labor for such a small part was too expensive. It only took screwing and unscrewing. Surely that did not call for such an exorbitant price. Technician was very friendly and answered questions for me.

Dryer repair
Repair went great, but it took 4 appointments and the lack of communication was bad. One appt. the repairman was a no show and did not let us know.

Sears service?
The young man was ok. Your company is worthless. An appointment was set for 9/22. We sat home all day, the serviceman called about noon an said that he was coming, never showed up. Then after 5:00 PM we received a text stating that the appointment had been rescheduled to 9/26. This serviceman finally called at 3:46 pm and showed up at about 4:20. He stayed 15 minutes and told me it was the filter. Took his service call fee and left. Not even a receipt.

Replaced my washer
Well he put in the timer broke one tab doing it then found the switch to rotate threw the cycle shorted out. So he tried to find a replacement and couldn't. So I had to get a new washer.
