Fast Service and Great Communication
Steve called and texted before he arrived and was very good at keeping me informed about the progress of the repair. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the washing machine and even went above and beyond by securing some hoses and checking the water connections. Was on time, worked efficiently and was very congenial and professional. In fact all 4 men on 4 separate occasions were excellent. My only complaints have to do with poor scheduling communication (automated virtual responses and operators who are difficult to understand) and mail tracking for service for parts ordered.
