washing machine repair
Mario called before appointment and was on time. Very professional and courteous. Mario was able to find the problem and repaired it in no time. Also, I failed to ask on my work order if the door to my dryer could be switched from left to right. Again, no problem at all. Mario is very knowledgeable and explained all the repairs to me. I would highly recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Huy always called telling me what time he was expected to arrive. He was professional and thorough recognizing when the frig had finally died. Huy took the time to document all the issues which required a few hours. His professional demeanor was appreciated.

I am a customer who is new to this plan and pd full membership but to reach you on phone or line is extremely difficult ( like reaching out to the president)! After 7 to 10 days got hold of a customer help on line and that ended with wrong service help ! Almost was about to cancel my plan and Robert rescued me and has made an appointment for my services ! I pray all gets done and I no more need a chance to be frustrated! Hope buying this plan will help me and not increase my stress ! Sorry not the kind to get that upset but for a month I am without working appliance ! At your mercy ! Thanks 🙏

Micah has excellent work ethics. He puts forth extra effort to make sure every aspect of the job is not just done but done right. He is no slouch either in finishing the job by making sure all debris is cleared away. In essence, he has been a blessing to me having repaired my frig quite a few times in the past.
