Basically a perfect service experience
Mario should be given an honorary PhD in appliance repairs. He diagnosed and expertly repaired my 27 year old Kenmore washing machine in less than one hour. He even figured out that one part that broke was probably caused by me running loads of cottons on permanent press! In addition, he was friendly, courteous and on time. This is definitely the guy you want to do your repairs.

Mario was a little late for his appointment. But that was okay, because I had a Doctor's appointment that I had to keep. He got right to work on the dryer and got it fixed in no time. Checked it out and it was perfect.

Hey, did a great job
he came the first time and I did tell him where was the problem he told me was the icemaker. He ordered the parts a week later. Another technician came over. He told me to order another parts so I reschedule for today. He came and put it on and worked fine great job but the other parts were the other technician order he didn't need those so he took those back like a customer. He did a good job, but I'm not happy with the second technician came to my house.
