Hey, did a great job
he came the first time and I did tell him where was the problem he told me was the icemaker. He ordered the parts a week later. Another technician came over. He told me to order another parts so I reschedule for today. He came and put it on and worked fine great job but the other parts were the other technician order he didn't need those so he took those back like a customer. He did a good job, but I'm not happy with the second technician came to my house.

Great tech
Micah was polite and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed problem. However the scheduling service is not good. Hard to talk to a real person and then they repeat everything over again that I had just confirmed the day before

What an amazing man
Sears Home Services should clone Mario so that all your employees will be as great as this man. Not only did he know everything about and how to fix my Kenmore washing machine, he was the friendliest, nicest, most hard-working man man. I'm feel honored to have met him. His wife and children are very lucky to have him AND SO IS SEARS!!!!.
