Not so good
He came in to repair broken item but instead just recommending cosmetic. He did not even use any tool. Had to resubmit my request, the next tech opened the washer to see corroded basket. He was a waste of time and inexperience. Will not recommend.

Bad Experience with Sears
My fridge was repaired around 13 time last 5 months, it seems that it can't be repaired any more. An experience tech from Sears advised me that Kenmore Elite was one of the bad model. Sears keep spending money on repairs, but it can't be repaired. When will Sears realize it more economical to replace the fridge rather then waisting money on repairs ??? I wish I can hear from Sears

Very late well past window arrived well after 6pm for 1 to 5
Was scheduled to arrive between 1-5. Showed up after 6. That time was not acceptable. Cannot commit on ability but the lateness is totally unacceptable. Due to other commitments was not allowed in his fault for being so far outside of assigned window. Caused us to waste all day due to not arriving inside window. There fore gets zero ranking

Unprofessional
Nothing that I say will change how he told my husband he was there to show him how to work the washer. My husband said I dont need you to show me how to work a washer. I clearly canceled my appointment and confirmed it again this morning and they still showed up and I was charged for a service not rendered. And when I called the lady I spoke to this morning I told her that I canceled with her and she said that was not her problem and I had to call Choice Home Warranty. I called them and no results. Im frustrated and I am calling my bank and I will never deal with Sears again.

Poor Policy
I didn't get any services because Sears has a policy that before service is rendered we the consumer must agree its OK to damage our floors repairing the appliance. I'm tired of paying for others mistakes. Sears should provide Tech with material so that doesn't happen. My rating is not on the Tech it's on Sears.

Refrigerator
He seems to not know how to communicate with the customer. Was unable to answer the questions asked. After 3 tries my refrigerator is still not working the way it was before he and the other techs started working on it.
