Refrigerator Repair
Due to a power failure at my house which tripped the breaker to the plug of the refrigerator, power was lost when the technician arrived. When the technician used an extension cord to power the refrigerator, he stated that the unit is working. I told him that the unit is not working before power was lost. He did not believe me. After power resumed for over 10 hours the refrigerator is still not working. I am still waiting for the company to reschedule the repair. I will share my experience after the repair.

Great a repair poor cleanup
Dirty water was left for me to take care of, the part we left for me to dispose of snd towel was left on the floor. This kept me from giving 5 stars

Kenmore refrigerator leak
The refrigerator repair estimate was very high. I declined it. The repair person told me that he will shut out the water. But the next day I still found some water in the floor and now I am hearing a constant "coughing" from my refrigerator freezer that is super annoying. All that started after the repairman left.

Water leak after tech left
This 2nd technician installed the water filling part your 1st technician ordered. He started the washer, it filled sufficiently, he then set it to empty. He pointed out the hoses looked worn but were not leaking. He said I could use the washer but suggested I replace the hoses soon. He left and I loaded and started the washer. It proceeded to leak all over the floor. Why didn't the 1st technician see the hose problem and include them in the part order?

Work done did not resolve problem
Problem still exist after work was done. We waited 24 hours for issue to be resolved but still exist. Need work redone.

GE Microwave REPAIR
I HAVE THE WORST EXPERINCES FROM SEARS. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TECNICIANS BUT WITH THE MANAGEMENT. IT IS EXTREMLY POOR. IT HAS BEEN OVER FOUR MONTHS SINCE THE REPAIR OF MY MICROWAVE STARTED, TO THIS DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND I CAN NOT USE MY MICROWAVE. EACH WEEK THE MANAGER OR MANAGEMENT SENT TECNICIAN TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT MAKING SURE THE PARTS THEY CLAIM WAS ORDERED HAS BEEN SHIP AND CONSTANDLY SAYING PER CUSTOMERS REQUEST WHICH IS A LIE JUST TO MAKE THE COMPANY BELIVE THEY ARE DOING THIER WORK. FOUR PARTS WAS ORDERED I HAVE RECIVED THREE FOR THE PASS TWO MONTHS. NO ONE SEEMS TO FINE OUT WHATS GOING ON WITH THE COMPANY THEY ORDERED FROM . AT THIS POINT I WISH TO CANCELE MY POLICY GET MY MONEY BACK, OR I WILL SUE SEARS HOME WARRANTY FOR ALL I HAVE ENDURE THROUGH THE MONTHS.
