Top Notch
Paul called in advance to make sure that someone was going to be at our House. He arrived as scheduled and within ten minutes he diagnosed our problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I need future repairs.

Fridge not working
The tech was nice and really tried to help but my fridge was off when I got home today. It tripped my breaker and will not stay on .. this is the 3rd time the technician came out to repair

Rude, arrogant, obnoxious, and nasty
I cannot believe you have such a low quality individual on your staff. His behavior tells me he hates his job, hates his company, hates his boss, and hates that type of work. He called me on the phone to ask me what's wrong with my air conditioner. I told him it blows hot air. It needs repairs. Why would a technician call me to ask me to diagnose my air conditioner??? He told me he was 30 minutes away. I was in the house, used the bathroom, in less than 10 minutes he rang my bell. I thought to myself he said half an hour not 10 minutes even though he was 3 hours late. He was supposed to be in my house between 8:00 AM and 12:00 Noon. He showed up at 3:00 PM. He rang the doorbell twice and it took me about a minute or less to open the door for him but he was on his way back to his van to leave. I stopped him and asked him why he was leaving. He said he rang the bell twice. He said after the second ring he usually leaves. I told him I waited for him for 7 hours to show up and he couldn't wait 30 seconds for me to open the door? He said no. I turned on my video camera on my phone and recorded him as he was leaving my property. I am willing to share the video with you. I warned him that I was going to blast the video on social media and was going to rate his company very poorly and was going to file a major complaint on him and his company. He did not care and dared me to do it. I believe he came to my house angry with the intent to fight me, decline the job, and leave without doing the work. That's exactly what he did. The technician is bad news, worthless individual, and should not be hired for this kind of work. I rated you guys very poorly, gave your company one star, files 2 major complaints on your company, shared my video with Cinch Home Warranty and with 3 of the major rating websites on the net and I blasted my grievance on the technician and your company all over social media. Blame your technician for my actions even though he was warned!!

Did not contact me upon arrival.
If he came to the house I was not contacted. A knock on an outside screen door cannot be heard, especially over the construction noise of to 3 srory townhomes 8 feet away. I should have been called or texted. Instead I got 3 emailed forms saying I Declined Service!! Nothing could be further from the truth! This machine has not worked properly/at all since April! Sears plays every trick in the book to delay or defer honoring Master Protection Agreements. I'm disgusted.

very poor service by sears and Raymond 0 stars
Raymond arrived 2 hrs. late as the "window" that sears office and Raymond personally told me by phone, his excuse "may be delays", He asked me to removed in advance all the ice in the dispenser that was not working, by removing the ice BY ME all the functions worked well except the mechanism to lift the dispenser and clen it, when he finally arrived try to remove the dispenser and could not do it, (less than 5 min) went out to the truck to find help and information, after 20 min waiting I came out gave his tools and told him could not wait any more. Told me that could not find the part needed, if could be found I needed to pay for it because "the dispenser was not part of the refrigerator" despite all the connections within the refrigerator that make it function, does not make any sense. Then I receive by E mail forms that you tell me I signed, I TOLD THE TECHNICIAN WILL NOT SIGN ANY FORMS, NO WORK WAS DONE, SOME HOW THERE IS A FORM WITH A COUPLE OF LINES THAT REPEAT DID NOT WRITE SAYING THAT IS MY SIGNATURE FOR THE SERVICES. I have been paying for this contract for more than a year, this is the first time that I requested services, after today experience, including possible illegal signature, I am canceling the contract, recommend friends and family to stay away from your services. Please removed from your adds "trusted for generations"

Sears did not resolve the problem
The issues may not lie with the technician. After 3 visits, and having torn up my floor to enable access to the dishwasher, he told me that the fitting was rusted and that Sears is not able to remove that. He gave me a number to call about compensation. After being bounced back and forth and sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes, I was told that rust is not covered by the home warranty. So the dishwasher is not fixed and Sears will not cover any of the replacement costs. Poor service for my money.

Did not repair the fridge
The technician stated that he could not repair the fridge because the part was not available. However, another technician came the next day and was able to find the part locally and repair. Not sure where the disconnect was

Stay Away! Horrible!! Don't do it!
I had the worst experience. I called in through my warranty company which worked great. Sears was the service provider. I got no accessed on Friday because the technician went to the wrong house without any type of courtesy call. I was home all day baking in the house waiting. I found out 3 minutes after the portal was updated. Once that happened there is no way to get ahold of the tech to inform him of the error. I had to reschedule for Monday. Then a tech called me on Monday to say he couldn't come out because it was too cold now(a cold front came through) to turn on the A/C. He said he would reschedule the A/C diagnosis for Friday when it is supposed to get warmer. He never showed up and closed the ticket. Customer service at sears is a joke. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone!! Beware. All numbers lead to the same silly automated system.
