WASHER REPAIR
RAUL WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE TO MY CONCERNS. HE CHANGED OUT TUB SPRINGS AND SAID IT SHOIULD BE WORKING . I TRIED IT AGAIN, BUT SPIN CYCLE UNDER REGULAR LOADS DOES NOT SPIN THE CLOTHES DRY.

Resolved, Sort Of . . .
Communication is difficult. Parts Dept. sent parts for appliance I don't have. Oven bulb covers and clips were removed by one technician and evidently not reordered, but technician who came today installed the bulbs and sockets. An earlier technician (I have seen 3, starting Aug. 26) misdiagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, so problem is unresolved. When I regain my strength after the oven, I will make appointment for the dishwasher--AGAIN. It would be helpful to your customers to be able to talk to a live real person.

The service repairman was very neat and clean. He seemed to give the refrigerator a good examination. He explained to me about the examination.

Rather uncommunicative but noce?
It's silly to ask for a rating when I am told to wait a month to see if the repair works. This is the fifth repair for same issue - coolant leaks out in a few weeks! Ridiculous.

I thought our service rep was named Martin. Anyway, I was pleased with his service. Called me to let me know when he would be at the house. Worked efficiently and very courteous. .

HE RUSHED THROUGH IT
I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO HIM. I WAS TELLING HIM HOW THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED OVER THE LAST 3 CALLS. HE STARTED DIAGNOSING AND WAS DOING SOME RESETTING THE CONTROL BOARD ( HE SAID). HE THEN STARTED TO SAY THAT I WAS PROBABLY PUTTING IN THE CLOTHES UNEVENLY AND THAT IS WHY IT WAS NOT GONG THROUGH THE SPIN CYCLE CORRECTLY. I TOLD HIM THAT IT WOULD WOULD WORK IF I PUT IT JUST ON THE DRAIN AND SPIN CYCLE. HE SAID THAT IT WAS BECUSE I WAS PROBABLY READJUSTING THE LOAD. NO< I SAID. I ASKED HIM IF WOULD WAIT TO SEE IF IT WORKED PROPERLYBEFORE HE LEFT. HE SAID HE COULDN'T AND IF PROBLEM PERSISTED TO CALL IT BACK IN. AND OF COURSE , IT DIDNT NOT WORK SO I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CALL IT BACK IN. UUUUGH.

Need improvement
He came to my home and told me my air condition needed Freon. He put the Freon in and my condition is still not working. So I have to takeoff from work tomorrow to have another service call poor service.

Refrigerator Service Visit
Service Tech arrived to my home at 7:40 PM. This was 6 hours later than I was told he would arrive. When he arrived he went straight to use the bathroom for a few minutes. While working on the refrigerator, he barely said 10 words to my husband and me. At the end of the visit he quoted a repair cost that is double the price of a brand new unit at Sears. Finally, he would not accept a check for payment of the service call fee. I said I didn't feel comfortable putting credit card information on my phone. He said it was a requirement. I feel I received very little customer service.
