Repair dishwasher
It was not fixed. He gave me an excuse abhor my water heater. I have never had this problem. Extremely disappointed in Sears

Don't waste your time
Dealing with this "service" is the most frustrating experience. The only time you ever get to speak to a human is to set up a service appointment, but that is only because they have to also try to sell you a home warranty, repairs to a laundry list of appliances they can do "preventive maintenance" on, and waste your time. They schedule an appointment for 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on a day, but you never are able to speak to a human to find out the status of your repair, so you are tethered to the front door all day. I later discovered that they were trying to send a text to my landline, when I had specifically given a cell phone number to contact. When the service tech finally showed up, she diagnosed my front loading washing machine and told me that I would have to have a carpenter come remove the counter that the machine is located under, or else have a moving company come pull the machine out from under the counter, because she was not allowed for insurance and security reasons to move the machine to access the back of it. This should have been explained to me when I set up the appointment, because I never would have done it. I guess most Sears customers keep their front loaders turned around to the back all the time? The entire transaction was unacceptable.

HVAC
Sears Technician came out to my home on 9/18/2023 to run a diagnostics on my HVAC system. When he arrived I let him know system was leaking and wasn't cooling but not properly. While the technician was running same test on the system my husband asked him why where we smelling a burning smell the technician told him it was from the hot water heater, because he needed the hot water to melt the ice on the system. (That don't make any sense to us) Then the technician asked my husband where was the power to turn the system off. After that we could hear him hitting on something at the system. Technician stayed outside messing with the system for about a hour. When technician came in he told us his diagnostics and was going to his truck to enter the report and wait for a answer to see if he could proceed. Twenty minutes later technician come back in tell us the he didn't get a response back and we would have to wait for them to get back with us. OVERALL WHEN THE TECHNICIAN CAME WE HAD SOME AIR NOW WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY AIR THE SYSTEM ISN'T COMING ON. SEAR NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP TO GET MY SYSTEM BACK ON. (REMIND YOU WE LIVE IN TEXAS 100 DEGREE WEATHER). I will have to escalate this matter if I don't get a response from Sears within 24 hours.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
HORRIBLE IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY AC FIXED. In more than 100 degree weather. This is just RIDICULOUS. Someone needs to come out ASAP AND FIX MY AC
