Honest Technician!
Paul, the technician was quick and honest, we need more technicians that are honest, either they do the job correctly or not. And remove the appliance without saying they are not able to remove or take an appliance down and lying. Paul, did a fantastic fib repairing my cooktop.

Closer look
My bad. I should have looked closer. Oscar pulled out the veggie bin and noted that there was water in it, however, under the bin was a 1/4" thick layer of Ice. I got the ice out and dried the area and I hope the ice is not back again.
