I have been a Sears customer more than 50 years, every appliance I own was bought from Sears, In all the years that I have repairmen come out, never have I had one like Raymond. He went overboard checking to see what was causing me to need a new icemaker. After checking all inside my freezer section and installing it, he was ready to move on to the next customer.He was very considerate of us as senior citizens,very polite and well mannered. He is an employee to be proud of. He represents Sears wonderfully. If ever I need another visit from Sears, I hope we are lucky enough to get Raymond. Thank you Sears for Raymond.

Fixed my Dishwasher
Darrick was very professional and polite. He definitely knew the dishwasher and how to remove the old equipment replace it with the new equipment. It did not take him a long time to do the repair job! My dishwasher is up and running. I am very pleased!
