I am speaking on behalf of Gabriel. My husband, Gabriel, was the one who spoke to the tech, Samuel, about the issue I was experiencing with my washer. I am pleased to say that Samuel was able to resolve my issue by cleaning the pump and giving helpful advice in regard's to my washer. I give his personality in being friendly and professional a 10 and his work for correcting the issue we had a 10 as well. Thank you Samuel for a job well done.
