Mario arrived exactly when he said he would. A pleasurable experience compared with other technicians I have had in my home. He clearly explained what the testing procedure he was going to follow and the results he got. The first load after the test was a " warm fluffy " bunch of clothes!

Prompt, quick repair, excellent service overall. Two days before my appointment Sears called to get my model number to ensure the parts would be available to the technician. On the day of service, as expected, the ice maker needed replacing and the necessary parts were already with the technician. He installed it quickly and explained what caused the malfunction of the broken parts. This was a home warranty service call and one of the best experiences we've had.
