Dryer
He was called because I had getting a small load of clothes to dry after running the clothes twice and afterwards trying to get a pair of pants to dry. When checking it thoroughly, he was unable to find anything wrong with it.

Luis seems to have repaired our Microwave problem.
Luis may have solved the 2 month old issue. Five parts were ordered by the prior two techs, and took 2 months to arrive. Only one part was needed by Luis! What a waste of your money and our time - we had house guests and dinner parties without a fuctioning micro wave. I am disappointed in the way Sears managed my problem but not in Luis for correcting the problem. One time the visiting tech did not want to treat it as a "covered Recall at no-charge" - I was on the phone with Sears for 40 minutes explaining that its a Recall. It's the case of "The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing". I have recently purchased an all-appliance home service agrreement with Sears and I am getting worried.
