Amazing service
I had an issue with my dryer and Charles was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He called well in advance to confirm time of arrival, was very courteous and attentive when i described the problem. After he did the initial check, he clearly walked me through what he was going to do and kept me informed. He was able to fix the issue very quickly and followed it up by patiently yet expertly guiding us through the online forms and payment step. It was a great experience overall!
