Noah was nothing but amazing. He was very polite and engaging. Noah answered my question to help me understand the issues with our ice maker. His customer service exemplifies a great commitment to truly address the issues to what people may see as a significant trauma - in my case a broken ice maker (I.e., warm water during the intense heat)
