Dishwasher pump replacement
Service tech was good. Didn't realize that this would end up being a 2 person job with me as the second person. Clamps sent with parts were not suitable for the job but eventually worked.

Callahan's Service Tech
He arrived within the time frame and finished quickly but he smelled heavily of body odor! Not sure if he had bathed lately or if his clothes hadn't been washed or if the A/C isn't working in the service Van but whew he stunk!

Very nice gentleman. Doors do not close right after he worked on them. Broke heirloom magnets that where attached to the side of the refrigerator and did no tell me about it.

Refrigerator Work
This review has more to do with just not getting my refrigerator fixed than the tech. The tech had a great attitude but he is the 5th tech from Sears to come out and not fix my refrigerator. He installed the parts but left with it not working. It has been over 2 months now and the refrigerator is still not working.

Never showed up to complete the repairs
After dispatch showed he was on his way and would arrive around noon I waited for 2 hours and he never showed up but I got notified that the repair had been made despite him not showing up

Short Cut Repair!
A tech was sent to evaluate our situation. He identified and ordered the part. When part came in a different tech, Noah, was sent to repair. He said replacing the part that was ordered would take too long and too much work. After he took all food out of refrigerator he left for about 30 min and went to purchase something else. He spliced the line ("jerry rigged" it). He did not install the part order and he took it with him. We HOPE this repair continues to work properly!! We are a concerned customer

Probably shouldn't ask my opinion
I took a day off work after talking with the call center 2-3 times. Then the morning of service, I got up early, had arrangements for my dogs because of the explicit instructions about pets and then received a phone call that said my issue wasn't covered under their services. No one showed up. There was no coming to check out the unit, there was only a phone call a few minutes before arrival to say "not really my problem, you need to call someone else." Then I received instructions that my secondary concern shouldn't be a worry. It is normal. If it was normal, I wouldn't have called!! Coming from public safety, that is an answer we never give. We look at the problem and insure that a solutions we may be able to employ, we will. If we can't, we get you in touch with who can and who does. Disappointed.

Disgraceful of time
I rearranged my whole day for an appointment time of 9-12 today. Technician no called, no showed. Didn't get a call until 1:30. All ready changed providers. I understand things happen like trucks breaking down but the homeowner needs to be made aware during the scheduled time.
