banging washer
Steve provided excellent service to the problem of my washer banging so hard that it seemed like it would do like a rocket and take off. I was he a load after he left and could not believe the silence. Excellent job, Steve. I should also mention that when I called Sears Warranty Service, I got service the next day.

Excellent service
Wayne arrived on time. He installed the part and checked to see if it was working properly. He even informed me that my cold water connection at the wall was leaking and that I should get it fixed before I started using the washing machine. I went immediately to the hardware store and purchased new rubber gaskets for the connection and installed it on the cold water connection. Good as new.
